Guided Mindfulness with Your Name
Hello Goddess! It’s Viv, thanks for checking out this offering- if you know my channel you are well familiar with my videos. I know you’ll love what I create for you, and you’ll have it to use for a long time.
I’ll record a 15 minute mindfulness meditation for you, the focus will be on awareness of the breath.
I will include your name, up to 4 times throughout the guided practice, at the beginning and 3 other times. This will really help you to feel like you are being personally guided.

Item: MP3 file. 15 min. in length.
After making payment you will be REDIRECTED to a page to record your name for me.
Delivery: The file will be emailed to you within 10 business days, from purchase date. As it may be large, I will share the Google drive link, where you can download it to your device/laptop or phone.
You are responsible for downloading it, and for sharing the correct email for it to be delivered to, Goddess!
The created file will only be kept 30 DAYS after that it will be removed from my storage.
Personalized Affirmations
Would you love affirmations custom created for you? I can create, evocative audio on love, prosperity, health or whatever specific thing you desire (see exceptions below.*)
Here are the guidelines:
After making payment- you’ll be immediately redirected to a Google Doc form, there you will fill your contact info and there, tell me either:
- You create: Ten (10) Specific affirmations you want me to use. I will say them exactly as written. Or
- I (Viv) create: Tell me the the issue, write some sample affirmations (just like above) and I will create new, intentional, powerful affirmations for you!
IMPORTANT: In the affirmations I create-I will use “you are…” since it’s not you speaking.
I think that is more powerful to hear another person affirming you!
Length: The mp3 audio file I’ll record, can be 15 minutes, or repeated to be 30 min. long, your choice.
