Goddess, this NEW program is perfect for you if:
You are a woman. As the information and methodology is tailored for the female bio-energetic system.
You are not looking for a miracle/quick fix for serious health issue- but instead practices that support your mind, body, spirit health over the long term.
You are willing to devote 20-30 minutes regularly to doing the practices outlined.
You have basic tech competence to understand how to do a login, create passwords, read emails.
This course isn’t for you if:
You are suffering from mental illness or depression.
You are looking for an herbal course.
You lack motivation to DO the practices- reading alone will not do anything.
