Kundalini Yoga is an ancient form a cousin to other types of yoga. It is less stretchy and more energetic (think chakras and so on.) IT uses repetition of set movements with often with a specified type of breathing.

This 3 asana routine is great for waking up in morn. Or as a warmup to other activities!
