E61: Caregiver Burnout: Dealing with the Stress of Elder Care

Mostly I focus on the stress of being a primary caregiver for dementia/alzheimer’s sufferer. The symptoms of that caregiver burnout are:

-fatigue -poor sleep -constant worry -irritation at the person -anger/frustration -sadness, grief
