    Thank you for your efforts and explanations on YouTube. I received your self-love affirmation challenge and listened to the inner child audio (very powerful).
    I wanted to mention how lately I started forgetting little things and things happened 2 weeks or 2 months ago. I also started mixing things up and losing my focus. However, I still remember very clearly the old things. Actually, I went through massive stress and anxiety for 4/5 years and during that time I could physically feel that my brain was tired. After all these years, now I became anxious, worried, and over-thinker. My brain doesn’t stop spinning.
    I don’t know if this is something you can explain to me or enlighten me about.

  2. In a world where we are so disconnected, it’s nice to use and affirmation that reconnects us with the whole. The realisation that we are inately good and not alone. Beautiful and comforting affirmation

  3. Today on Day 3, beginning with “I AM…” invoked pride and strength. Kala, this challenge is great because even though it may sound “simple”, once you begin it motivates you to dig deeper and do the mirror work. I wish this challenge would last 14 days!
