By the fifth week of the Goddess coaching with Kala, I have seen some big changes. I signed up as I was having anxious thoughts. I couldn’t shut my mind off. In the coaching Kala skillfully and patiently taught us meditation & relaxation skills that I now use to manage the anxiety.
