Vivinne (Ve-veen) Williams is a former art professor, who fled academia after suffering bullying, depression & PTSD. Her mission is to coach women (especially in mid-life) to achieve their dreams and reconnect to Spirit & their own wisdom.
Viv is a Kripalu certified yoga teacher, since 1994. She also practiced Ashtanga, vinyasa & kundalini yoga.
She teaches meditation after decades of study, and having “sat” multiple, silent, six-week long meditation intensives w/ Burmese monks & American teachers.
Viv is also a NYS licensed massage therapist. Her themes are meditation, mindset and manifestation.
