Mindfulness Mini: Coaching Preparation

This is a lovely one time option for new clients to get a sense of my work.  It does not require an application as the coaching sessions do.

I support you with presence and listen to where you are, you are then guided through a practice:  a body based meditation, guided relaxation and/or a breath awareness meditation.

Guaranteed to help you feel calmer after a stressful day, or difficult event.

Once I receive your booking you should hear from us within 24 hrs during work week (Mon-Sunday)
