DYNAMIC: 

You are dynamic, goal oriented and can be a trail blazer when in good form. You generally work hard because you love it (if you are in the right field for you.)

When you get imbalanced you tend to get irritable, hard to please and even workaholic.   It can be hard to relax as you may feel it’s a waste of time and be almost obsessed with your projects.

 

MEDITATION:

The best meditation for you is one that calms and cools your mind down.

A loving kindness practice would be ideal. But you may need to start with a breath awareness type of meditation.

 

Daily if you can but at least 3x’s a week will make a massive change in your ability to flow with changes & adaptability.  And feelings of stress will be much less.

 

TO UNWIND:

You might enjoy a guided shavasana- deep relaxation of each part of the body with tensing and releasing the muscles.

Or a slow walk in nature. Your tendency might be be more active/competitive but to create balance a slower pace (as opposed to running) would be better.

Or swimming.

 

BREATH PRACTICE:

 

Slow deep breathing to train in proper breathing.  Plus Ujjayi breath would be ideal to help with sleep, and to cool and calm the body.

 

UNHEALTHY MANIFESTATION:

– workaholic, striving without rest

-judgemental, harsh on oneself and others

-bossy, conflicts with others

-health issues like digestive issues related to being driven

– heat issues, heart/cardiovascular, migraines.liver issues….

 

Knowing your typology, helps me if we were working together.

I mentor prime of life women who are or have gone through a thunderbolt experience- massive life shakeup like death, divorce, job loss.  Or proactive women who want to go to the next stage but are stuck, unhappy- to regain their power, improve health and  grow spirituality. 

Often any chronic stuckness or crisis is a calling for us to grow into our highest selves!  That is what I went through.
